Learn the basics of food processing and food dehydration on a commercial scale.

Participants get a hands-on introduction and orientation on the use of the processing facility and commercial dehydrator available at Kamauoha Farms.

The goal of the workshop is to inspire community members to develop or expand their own dried food products and businesses. Completion of this FREE workshop is required prior to use of the food processing facilities.
