WORKSHOP SUMMARIES

Noni Workshop

Learn the art of Noni farming from seed germination to harvest.  Workshop explains the latest techniques in planting, pruning, fertilizing, disease control and marketing.  Class will prepare participants to start their own Noni farm, of any size, for a great source of income.

Dehydration Workshop

Learn the basics of food processing and  food dehydration on a commercial scale.  Participants get a hands on introduction and orientation on the use of the processing facility and commercial dehydrator at Kamauoha Farms.  Class is designed to encourage attendees to develop and market their own products and become certified to use the facilities.
